• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels; process purchasing orders as required
• Track incoming and outgoing products to ensure accurate stock counts
• Organize and manage inventory storage areas to maximize efficiency
• Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile with system records
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner
• Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs
• Generate reports on inventory status, shortages, and excess stock
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counting and system updates

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
• Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods if needed
