Job summary

Kurita Group in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking an Inventory Specialist to oversee inventory activities for the Microelectronics Production team. You will be responsible for receiving, staging, storage and tracking of parts used in the building of water filtration equipment.

Pay is $25-27/hour. The role requires a 2-year degree or equivalent experience and 2 years in a related warehouse or inventory role, with emphasis on inventory best practices and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in a related warehouse or inventory role.
• Working knowledge of inventory best practices and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedule and be able to provide updates of upcoming parts deliveries.
• Receive and record incoming parts.
• Implement and maintain a parts storage and tracking system.
• Implement and maintain a parts staging system for upcoming equipment builds.
• Investigation of late or missing parts.
• Implement inventory process improvements.
• Adherence to all company safety procedures with a goal of zero accidents.
• Adherence to all company quality procedures with a goal of zero process nonconformances.
• Provide leadership to other team members for all inventory related activities.
