Job Summary:

The Inventory Specialist will be a key part of the inventory program, overseeing processes and procedures for a large-volume, small-part inventory. They should be skilled in organizing extensive data and extracting key information. A mindset focused on continuous improvement is essential.

Responsibilities include tracking all inventory used by contractors for WIFI cable installation, including materials like splitters, construction materials, vaults, and markers, on contractor sites (not in a client's warehouse). The role involves labeling and placing inventory correctly on building lots, some with small warehouses.

This is a full-time, first-shift position from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Verify stock information and unit identification numbers; conduct inventory and audits.
• Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production.
• Receive units using RF handheld devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform cycle counts and audits according to company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule.
• Computer and Excel skills are a plus.
