Job Title: Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist will be a key member of the inventory program, overseeing processes and procedures for a designated program. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing large-volume, small-part inventories and possess strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Track all inventory used by contractors for WIFI cable installation, including materials such as splitters, construction materials, vaults, markers, etc., on contractor sites (not in client warehouses).
• Label and organize inventory at contractor sites, which may include small warehouses with dock doors.
• Verify stock information and unit identification numbers.
• Perform inventory audits, cycle counts, and equipment audits following company policies.
• Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production.
• Receive units using RF handheld devices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize workflow and work independently.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, are a plus.
