Job summary

Northern Architectural Systems, Inc. (NAS) is seeking a full-time Inventory Associate to support our warehousing operations in New Jersey.

You will learn to maintain basic inventory, perform counts, receive stock, and ensure accurate FIFO material flow as part of a hands-on team. You'll gain experience with inventory software, report discrepancies to the Hardware Supervisor, and contribute to organized storage, labeling, and project-based distribution.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
• Commitment to health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to keep basic inventory and perform basic inventory counts.
• Deliver products to the lines.
• Assist with receiving stock.
• Report inventory discrepancies to the Hardware Supervisor.
• Assist with inventory organization, rotation of production goods and upkeep of storage areas.
• Assist with inventory labeling and location control to support FIFO.
• Assist with distribution of hardware/goods for projects.
• Prior data entry experience using inventory software.
• Be hands-on and take initiative.
• Maintain organized and clean storage areas, racks and staging carts.
