Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist in Corte Madera, CA to help keep operations smooth. You will receive, ticket, and prepare inventory for the floor, assist with markdowns, transfers and return authorizations, and support replenishment for both store and web orders.

Responsibilities include processing shipments, maintaining POS records, coordinating with merchandisers, and ensuring stock levels remain optimal.

Qualifications

• Collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Able to work independently in a store environment.
• Strong organizational and computer skills are required.
• Able to climb a ladder when needed and lift 20–30 pounds.
• Pushes to move items weighing up to 50 pounds with a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act with HEART values in daily tasks.
• Work at least 8 hours per week performing inventory tasks.
• Process new shipments and inspect for defects before floor placement.
• Maintain purchase order records and price tickets in the POS system.
• Coordinate with store leaders on product placement.
• Manage daily replenishment and fulfill web and inter-store orders.
• Conduct weekly checks for returns to vendors and transfers.
• Transfer products to other stores or the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and keep the sale area organized.
• Keep backroom clean and stocked according to directives.
• Order store supplies weekly to ensure operation needs are met.
