Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking a part-time Inventory Specialist to keep the store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the floor. You will assist with markdowns, transfers, and return authorizations, while maintaining backroom organization and ensuring timely fulfillment of web and store orders.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance, and comfort with ladders.

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at solutions
• Detail oriented with excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Must be able to climb a ladder
• Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds and move items up to 50 pounds with a dolly

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and process inventory for the floor
• Review for defects before placing on the styling floor
• Maintain purchase order records and manage invoices and price ticketing
• Partner with store leaders on product placement and replenishment
• Manage daily replenishment and transfers between stores and warehouse
• Fulfill web and inter-store orders promptly
• Conduct weekly checks for items returned to vendors and transfers out
• Execute weekly markdowns and keep sale sections organized
• Maintain backroom organization and supply levels
