Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an Entry-level Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate field inventory, manage stock locations, and support CMMS data integrity. The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating with procurement, and supporting field operations.

The position requires familiarity with inventory control, Excel proficiency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced oilfield service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing or inventory accounting is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory movement and enforce control procedures.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile variances in CMMS.
• Process and report all CMMS transactions (POs, assets, stock rooms).
• Assist with physical setup of new parts or stockrooms.
• Participate in on-call rotation and field support as needed.
• Forecast demand using inventory usage and procurement data trends.
