Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services is seeking an Inventory Specialist, Intermediate, to provide accurate analysis of parts, consumables, and outsourced services. You will manage field inventory levels, conduct periodic counts, and ensure availability of parts while maintaining security and accuracy in the CMMS.

The role requires experience in inventory management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with field personnel across locations.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in purchasing or inventory accounting.
• Experience in oilfield service environment preferred.
• Proficient with CMMS and inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular periodic inventory counts and ensure accuracy in CMMS.
• Manage transactions in CMMS including work orders and stock movements.
• Generate KPI and management reports on inventory, turns, and valuation.
• Assist with physical setup of new parts and stockrooms.
