Job summary

Kodiak Gas Services LLC seeks an Inventory Specialist, Intermediate, to provide accurate analysis of gas compression parts, consumables, and outsourced services, and to support management KPIs such as inventory turns and value.

The role requires performing regular inventory counts, optimizing field stock locations in CMMS, generating reports, and assisting with on-call rotations while maintaining safety and reliability in a 24/7 oilfield environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a purchasing or inventory accounting role is preferred.
• Proficient with CMMS and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follows and enforces supply chain policies for inventory movement and control.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts in CMMS and correct variances.
• Generate KPI and management reports on inventory turn and valuation.
• Assist with stockroom setup, on-call rotation duties, and field personnel support.
