Penske Logistics is seeking inventory clerks for the Mesa, AZ area to maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts in a warehouse environment. The role involves using a Warehouse Management System to research issues, verify item quantities, and support returns processing.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of general office experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
• Must have excellent attention to detail and good communication skills.
• RF scanning system experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintains inventory records and assures unit quantities are correct.
• Accurately match numbers and letters to ensure correct units on pallets and in locations.
• Perform cycle counts (1st and 2nd level) and inventory adjustments.
• Electronically scan products using a WMS to identify, move and verify inventory.
• Identify damaged products and coordinate returns with vendors and document damages.
• Report quality errors to supervisors and enter records in the computer.
• Maintain item attributes in the WMS and complete daily audit logs.
• May operate warehouse equipment up to 50% of shift.
