Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC is seeking inventory clerks for a 2nd shift role in Mesa, AZ. The position focuses on inventory maintenance, cycle counts, data accuracy, and WMS operations to support efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of office experience, and strong computer skills. Benefits include PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K, boot allowance, and referral programs. Salary is $21.25/hr with a $1.00/hr shift differential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of general office experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory records, assuring unit quantities are correct.
• Accurately match number and letters, assuring appropriate number of units on a pallet or in a pick location.
• Perform cycle counts, 1st and 2nd level.
• Perform inventory adjustments.
• Electronically scan products using a WMS to identify, move and verify inventory.
• Identify and remove damaged products; communicate with vendor for return authorization and maintain damage records.
• Report quality errors to supervisors.
• Use computer to enter records and maintain item attributes in the system.
• Complete daily audit logs, inbound and outbound; follow supervisor instructions.
• May operate warehouse equipment up to 50% of shift.
