Responsibilities include executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy. Supports pharmacy inventory activities such as receiving, counting, ordering, and returns. Ensures on-shelf availability and validates planograms.
Reviews reports and system applications impacting inventory accuracy, manages asset protection techniques, and files claims for overages, shortages, errors, or damaged goods. In designated stores, may open and close the store, handle cash, and ensure readiness for business.
Provides excellent customer service, resolves issues, and models best practices. Executes warehouse and vendor inventory processes, verifies shipments, manages on-shelf availability, and supports pharmacy activities including recalls, returns, and pricing. Maintains accurate inventory counts, supports compliance with laws, and assists in physical inventory preparations.
Participates in training, maintains a valid pharmacy license, and communicates effectively within the team. Requires at least six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience, fluency in English, and a flexible schedule. Preferred experience includes leadership roles or prior Walgreens employment.
This position offers a salary range of $17 - $19 per hour, is full-time, and falls under management and manufacturing functions. The role remains open until filled.
