Job summary

Ultimate Staffing in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate stock records and support receiving, transfers, and cycle counts. This role emphasizes precise documentation, use of inventory management software, and effective collaboration with warehouse teams.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with handheld scanners, strong attention to detail, and the ability to process receipts and maintain error logs.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience as an Inventory Clerk or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock records.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office.
• Experience using handheld inventory control devices.
• Experience handling all inventory transactions (receiving, transfers, pulls).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities
