Job summary

Outdoor Supply Hardware is seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist for our Moraga store. The position is Monday–Friday days with an hourly rate of $20–$22. The role focuses on keeping accurate inventory data, performing data entry, and updating prices as needed to maintain stock integrity.

The Inventory Specialist will conduct cycle counts, process shrinkage, and assist with the annual physical inventory. You will collaborate with Team Members, Corporate, Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, and

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Inventory Specialist is to ensure the availability of product by maintaining an accurate store inventory. This position conducts specific types of cycle counts, processes certain types of shrinkage, and helps coordinate the annual physical inventory. This position works under minimal supervision and must work closely with Team Members, Corporate, Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting and Vendors.
