ecoATM is hiring an Inventory Specialist in Louisville, KY, onsite. The role focuses on executing, tracking, and analyzing inventory in the parts warehouse, supporting cycle counts, and improving processes. You will receive, pick, package, and ship parts daily, with a $19–$21 hourly rate.

Base pay is aligned with market data, and the position may include short-term incentives based on performance. This role demands attention to detail, reliability, and strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• 1+ years forklift experience.
• Familiarity with cycle count procedures.
• ERP/WMS experience; Oracle experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills; Excel proficiency essential.
• Familiarity with dimensional drawings.

Responsabilités

• Do physical counts and create reports to track results.
• Use count results to identify root cause issues driving process optimization.
• Unload trucks and receive material into inventory.
• Pick, package and ship parts using FedEx software.

TheInventory Specialistwillbe responsibleforexecuting,tracking,andanalyzinginventory transactions in our parts warehouse.They will oversee cycle countprogramsandusedatato help developprocesses,establishmetrics,and track results to mitigate inventory variances.Inaddition,they will help to receive, pick,package,and ship parts daily.

Key Responsibilities

Education & Technical Experience

• High School Degree or GEDrequired
• 1+ years of forklift experiencerequired
• Familiaritywith cycle count procedures
• ERP/WMS Experiencerequired, Oracle experience would be a plus
• Basic computer skillsrequired,proficiencyin Microsoft Excel isessential
• Familiarity with dimensional drawings

Physical Requirement

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day

Location: Louisville, KY (onsite)

Hourly rate: $19 to $21 per hour
