Job summary

ecoATM | Gazelle is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Louisville, KY facility. You will execute and track inventory transactions, support cycle counts, and help develop processes to minimize variances while handling receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping of parts daily.

Role requires forklift experience, ERP/WMS proficiency, basic computer skills, and familiarity with dimensional drawings. The position is onsite at our Louisville location with a competitive hourly rate and potential

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• 1+ years forklift experience required.
• Familiarity with cycle count procedures.
• ERP/WMS experience required; Oracle experience would be a plus.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Excel essential.
• Familiarity with dimensional drawings.

Responsibilities

• Do physical counts and create reports to track results.
• Use count results to identify root cause issues that drive process optimization and accountability.
• Unload trucks and receive material into inventory.
• Pick, package and ship parts using FedEx software.

TheInventory Specialistwillbe responsibleforexecuting,tracking,andanalyzinginventory transactions in our parts warehouse.They will oversee cycle countprogramsandusedatato help developprocesses,establishmetrics,and track results to mitigate inventory variances.Inaddition,they will help to receive, pick,package,and ship parts daily.

Education & Technical Experience

• High School Degree or GEDrequired
• 1+ years of forklift experiencerequired

• Basic computer skillsrequired,proficiencyin Microsoft Excel isessential
• Familiarity with dimensional drawings

Physical Requirement

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. frequently throughout the workday
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand on a regular basis throughout the work day

Location: Louisville, KY (onsite)

Hourly rate: $19 to $21 per hour

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per CA SB 1162 (“CA Pay Transparency Law”). Base pay information is based on market location. Learn more about ecoATM benefits here.
