About The Role

Inventory Specialist is a specialized, detail-driven role responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring sustainable supply chain management within the dispensary. The position reports directly to the Inventory Manager and works with Assistant and Lead Dispensary Managers. The role requires availability on a flexible, rotating schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The Inventory Specialist audits inventory supply, identifies and rectifies discrepancies, manages storage systems, and communicates with internal teams to ensure operational continuity and compliance. Candidates with specific experience in managing medical marijuana inventory will be considered highly competitive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and reconcile physical inventory against system records
