Our Beverage Manufacturing client is looking for an Inventory Specialist to join their team! This Contract to Hire position is located in the Montrose Area and offers Hybrid flexibility . You will be responsible for understanding logistics and distribution principles, including inventory management, transportation, and route coordination. You will be the liaison between the company and all 3PL and point of sales, so communication and organization are required! Only candidates currently residing in Houston will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Verify supply amount and mange reoccurring items and products
• Accurately update records in regards to quantity, quality, specification and timely requirements
• Audit 3PL records and match exported data to companies ERP system
• Responsible for managing fully cycle logistic process to ensure all goods are properly accounted
• Monitor third party logistics' shipping performance
• Review inventory policies as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with distribution, logistics or equivalent required
• Experience working with Excel and SAP or equivalent ERP system
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
