Responsibilities
  • Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy. Support pharmacy inventory activities such as receiving, counting, ordering, and returns. Ensure on-shelf availability and validate planogram accuracy.
  • Review reports and system applications affecting inventory accuracy and pricing.
  • Implement asset protection techniques, file claims for overages, shortages, order errors, or damaged goods, including prescription drugs.
  • In designated stores, open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and system start-ups, ensuring readiness for business.
Customer Experience
  • Greet customers, offer assistance, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
  • Share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a delightful experience.
Operations
  • Manage warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including creating and receiving orders.
  • Scan deliveries, focus on One Box receiving, and address delivery issues with vendors.
  • Verify pharmacy shipments and postings, complete inventory activities, and ensure compliance with laws.
  • Support pricing activities, monitor pharmacy orders, and maintain accurate inventory counts.
  • Assist with store systems, package deliveries, and point-of-sale transactions.
Training & Personal Development
  • Attend training sessions, complete e-learning modules, and maintain required licenses/certifications.
Communications
  • Coach team members, communicate tasks, and report issues to management.
  • Candidate requirements include prior retail experience, fluency in English, flexible schedule, and attention to detail.
