Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking Inventory Specialists for our global technology client working onsite in Everett, WA.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for processing materials to support our customer, the satellite production team. You will interact with peer teams such as procurement, planning, quality, and EHS to ensure positive outcomes. You should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying workloads. Over time, you may learn to operate different functions within the warehouse, starting with paths such as Receive, Put-Away, Pick, or Kit.

Pay: $27.00-$28.00/hr - based on experience

Schedule: Sunday through Wednesday from 3PM-1:30AM, Wednesday through Saturday from 3PM-1:30AM, or Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 3PM-1:30AM

Location: Everett, WA 98203

Contract Duration: 9 months, with possible extension or conversion

Responsibilities:

• Handle materials accurately and efficiently for production and development.
• Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to transact materials virtually.
• Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies; communicate with quality control, purchasing, and related departments to resolve problems.
• Move materials between sites physically and virtually.
• Identify training needs and assist in training new hires and junior team members.
• Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices.
• Resolve work blockers and escalate when necessary.
• Learn new processes.
• Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Contribute to SOP improvements, including safety procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control or related roles.
• Prior assembly/production experience.
• Flexible and team-oriented.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with inventory management programs (SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce).
• High school diploma or GED.
