CHANEL is seeking an Inventory Specialist to ensure smooth inbound and outbound flow of goods in the Dallas boutique, working with the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager to maintain CHANEL standards. This on-site role supports receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and boutique opening/closing tasks to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The position requires in-store presence and effective communication within the boutique team to uphold brand integrity and service excellence.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Passion for the brand and a desire to learn and grow.
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Process received stock and record inventory in the system according to brand procedures.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and boutique merchandise to CHANEL standards.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments following brand shipping protocols.
• Execute stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory with supervisory direction.
• Support opening and closing procedures, receiving, and other Heart of House tasks to ensure client service.

Summary

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective flow of goods in and out of the boutique to enable a seamless client experience. This role works closely with the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager to process, organize, and maintain stock while upholding CHANEL operational standards. The position requires in-store presence to support receiving, shipping, cycle counts, and boutique opening and closing tasks.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to move and lift items up to 25 lbs; may include overhead lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Flexible availability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for the brand and a desire to learn and grow; foreign language skills preferred but not required.
