CHANEL, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Palm Beach Worth Ave boutique. You will ensure the flow of goods is optimized, supporting a seamless client experience and reporting to the Inventory Supervisor and Operations Manager.

You will process stock, organize inventory, and assist with outbound shipments, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy. A collaborative, service-minded approach is essential in this role with CHANEL’s commitment to exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record into system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• Assist with stock cycle count program and annual inventory.
• Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor and Ops Lead to ensure seamless client service.
