Job summary

CHANEL is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to ensure flow of goods in the boutique, supporting a seamless client experience. You will work with a diverse team and report to the Operations Manager, overseeing stock handling, cycle counts, and shipping to uphold CHANEL standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience and a high school diploma, with ability to lift up to 25 lbs and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Ability to move heavy items - may include overhead lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process received stock and record into system.
• Organize and maintain stock in line with CHANEL expectations.
• Prepare and ship outbound shipments according to brand standards.
• With direction of Ops Lead, execute the stock cycle count program and annual physical inventory.
• Supervise other team members, ensuring proper training and compliance.
