Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Corinth, MS is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse and production operations.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM. Pay is $18.00 per hour with weekly Friday payroll. Candidates should pass background and drug screening and can lift up to 50 lbs; apply to join a team focused on efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all raw materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or shortages.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse and assigned areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
• Address inventory and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Represent LACOSTA in a professional, reliable, and integrity-based manner at all times.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Active participation in shift-change communications.
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and leadership teams.

Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring raw material levels, and supporting warehouse and production operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

• Actively participate in complete and accurate shift-change communications
• Work closely with warehouse, production, and leadership teams -Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
• MUST be able to pass background check and drug screening
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Must wear required PPE (LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed boots, long pants, safety gear)
• Remove all jewelry and accessories while on the floor
• Smoke-free facility
