Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to manage and oversee our inventory processes. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate tracking, storage, and replenishment of materials and finished products, supporting our production and sales teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
2. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
3. Manage inventory databases and update records in ERP or inventory management systems.
4. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
5. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
6. Optimize storage space and ensure proper stock rotation and safety procedures.
7. Generate inventory reports and assist in forecasting inventory needs.
8. Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies or issues promptly.
9. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Inventory Specialist, Warehouse Associate, or similar role.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
