Summary

The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in the inventory program, overseeing processes and procedures for a designated program. The ideal candidate should be experienced with large-volume, small-part inventories, capable of organizing extensive data, and extracting key information. A continuous improvement mindset is essential.

Responsibilities include tracking all inventory used by contractors for installing WIFI cables, such as splitters, construction materials, vaults, and markers, on contractor sites. Inventory will be labeled and stored appropriately on-site, which may include small warehouses with docks.

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements

1. Verify stock information and unit identification numbers
2. Inventory and audit equipment and parts
3. Unpackage, sort, and stage units for production
4. Maintain accurate inventory records
5. Perform cycle counts and audits following company policies
6. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
