Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an on-site Inventory Support Associate to service customer locations. You will receive and stock purchased products, maintain stocking levels by scanning for reordering, and support daily tasks at customer sites.

Requirements include a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. Prior inventory or stocking experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and perform regular stock handling.
• Experience with inventory or stocking shelves preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock purchased product at customer locations; monitor stock levels using scanning for reordering.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility.

• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations, ensure product stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory is depleted
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where the service is being provided
