Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist II at its Allen, TX site to support inventory accuracy and production continuity. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution within ERP while driving process improvements and data integrity.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory control, strong Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and ERP proficiency. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a stable path and a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, warehouse operations, or manufacturing inventory.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.

Responsibilities

• Conducting cycle counts, inventory audits, and location accuracy reviews to ensure inventory integrity.
• Researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies within ERP systems, supporting operational efficiency.
• Analyzing inventory transactions to identify root causes of variances and implementing corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
