Job summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking an Inventory / Smart Locker Specialist to receive, inspect, label and issue maintenance parts; stock smart lockers, cabinets and service vehicles on a replenishment route; and keep every transaction tied to a work order.

This is an immediate opening for full-time or part-time roles, involving warehouse and field work, daily local travel, and a mix of indoor and outdoor duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification required (or obtain within 90 days of hire).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Pass a background check and obtain installation access.
• Experience with DoD installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect material; record item, quantity, lot/serial, condition, ownership.
• Transfer stock to lockers, cabinets, and vehicles; verify delivery.
• Administer smart locker access and bin configurations (RoboCrib).
• Perform cycle counts; reconcile discrepancies; process returns.
• Print/apply barcode and QR labels; maintain supplies.
• Rotate stock with FIFO; monitor shelf-life items.
• Document discrepancies and report shortages/overages/damages.
• Drive on replenishment route; daily local travel.
• Work in warehouse and field; some outdoor work.
