Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Warehouse Associate to handle a range of supply chain tasks, including processing shipments, stocking and delivering materials to clinical and research areas.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a Pharmacy Assistant License (within 45 days). Forklift and pallet jack certification are expected within 120 days. The job offers a comprehensive benefits package and an hourly pay range of $21.30-$30.13, onsite at South Lake Union.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Pharmacy Assistant License (must attain within 45 days of hire).
• Forklift and Pallet Jack Certification (must attain within 120 days).
• Knowledge of computerized or automated systems operations.
• Knowledge of record keeping practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of units of measure.
• Knowledge of safety practice.
• Ability to lift heavy packages and objects > 50 lbs.
• Must push/pull cart with 400 lbs. load.
• One year supply chain experience or other relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processing incoming and outgoing items per department guidelines.
• Covering various Supply Chain roles as needed by business and staffing.
• Assist and train new employees in operations areas.
