Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and accurately document items within internal systems.
• Prepare and process customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and couriers to manage outgoing deliveries.
• Handle returns, special requests, and maintain proper documentation of completed work.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, exceptions, and errors.
• Collaborate with and support other departments based on business needs.
