Job summary

TT Electronics in the United States is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support receiving, kitting, cycle counts, and shipping operations in our Kansas facility. You will work with a team to maintain accurate inventory and timely shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing daily deliveries against POs, labeling and storing materials, performing cycle counts, recording adjustments, and resolving discrepancies.

Qualifications

• GED or High School diploma is acceptable, but not required.
• Two to three years related experience or training.
• Able to read and follow procedures.
• Able to perform repetitive work productively.
• Knowledge of quality practices is desirable.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to expand them.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds; pallet jack use.
• Must be able to work hours to meet daily shipments.
• ITAR: U.S. person status required.

Responsibilities

• Process daily receiving of deliveries against POs and forward items for inspection.
• Label and store inventory in an orderly manner.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and adjustments.
• Enter adjustments to ensure system counts match physical counts.
• Research and report inventory discrepancies.
• Kit material for upcoming jobs and issue material; print travelers.
• Move WIP to Finished Goods transactions for shop and subcontract jobs.
• Maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) processes.
• Process FG receipts from production; prepack and stage when possible.
• Pull FG parts for shipments; prioritize oldest stock and accurate serials.
• Coordinate with customer shipping portals for ASN and label creation.
• Be a reliable, independent worker and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Follow print instructions and meet deadlines.
• Additional duties as required.
