Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to accurately pull orders, verify materials, and ensure correct storage and timely loading for projects. The role requires hands-on warehouse duties, inventory record updates, and safe handling of shipments.

Responsibilities include unloading materials, recording receipts, inspecting items, and organizing warehouse space. A high school diploma or GED, data entry ability, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to input data on computer to create a daily inventory report.
• Accuracy in recordkeeping and in sorting, checking, counting and verifying items received.
• Able to operate forklift safely and professionally.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Computer proficiency and organized work habits.

Responsibilities

• Receives and unloads incoming materials.
• Helps load material orders pulled for jobs.
• Enters receipt of goods into inventory records.
• Inspects items and reports damaged goods.
• Packages orders for shipments.
• Maintains clean and organized warehouse areas.
