Job summary

Empire Auto Parts in Dallas is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our teams and help receive, store, and distribute products while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized workspace.

You will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and perform tasks such as inspecting shipments, selecting and packing orders, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. The role requires teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 60 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Unafraid of heights up to 30 ft.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, document discrepancies.
• Store products in designated areas and maintain organization.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure quality and safety by following company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, vertical lifts, pallet jacks).
• Collaborate with team members and departments to meet goals.
