Job summary

Manpower Las Vegas is seeking an Operations Clerk to support day-to-day receiving, inventory staging, packaging, shipping, and distribution of raw materials. The role ensures accurate receipt, staging, and timely outbound shipments while maintaining organized inventory and clean, safe work areas.

Ideal candidates have 1 year in manufacturing/warehouse, forklift experience or certification within 3 months, and strong MS Office skills with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification within 3 months of hire.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Internet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming purchase orders and shipments.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and shipping docs; inspect for accuracy and damage.
• Stock and organize raw materials, inventory, hardware, and production supplies.
• Stage materials for production and prepare outbound orders for shipment (pick/pack/label).
• Coordinate mailing and distribution of supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of receiving, inventory, and shipping activities.
• Support overall material flow to meet production needs; keep work area clean and safe.
