Job summary

Penske Logistics LLC in Las Vegas is seeking a Warehouse-Inventory Clerk to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will operate WMS systems, generate shipment documents, and communicate with internal and external customers to ensure accurate, timely information and service.

This role offers a Monday-Friday day shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a base pay of $23 per hour, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• At least one year of inventory control experience.
• At least one year of shipping/receiving office/clerk experience.
• At least one year of customer service representative experience.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and shipping departure times with accuracy.
• Multitask in a high paced environment while staying detail oriented.
• Prioritize and adapt to immediate workload requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the team, customers, drivers and partners via radio, phone and email.
• Troubleshoot system or equipment issues as needed.
• Assist with daily and weekly operational reports.
• Learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Dispatch and check in trailers; manage yard and dock locations.
• Maintain accurate cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
