Talentify seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate / Material Handler for an onsite role in Rockledge, FL. The position supports receiving, inventory, kitting for production, and outbound shipping in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse or material handling, forklift certification or ability to become certified, and strong attention to detail with basic computer skills. Training is provided; safety is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, logistics, receiving, or material handling.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain it via company training.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate receiving and inventory transactions.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments accurately.
• Verify shipments against PO/Packing Slips.
• Inspect shipments for damage and proper documentation.
• Label, tag, and store inventory per procedures.
• Kit materials for production; pick components for orders.
• Record inventory transactions in company systems.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Package materials for shipment with proper labeling and handling.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse following safety standards.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and operations teams.
• Follow safety guidelines while handling materials and equipment.
