VIVA USA Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to manage inventory accuracy through documentation, cycle counts, and system reviews. The role requires collaboration across teams, interaction with suppliers and customers, and hands-on data analysis to resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will perform weekly cycle counts, ensure compliance with quality procedures, and assist in purchasing and production-related documentation. On-site position in Lombard, IL with growth opportunities.

Accountable for inventory through documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count and inventory discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing documentation and transactions to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry. Inventory, Finance, Material Accounting, or cycle counting experience required. Inventory analysis from raw data. Warehouse Management System experience a plus. Good verbal and written skills essential for communications with company employees, its suppliers and customers. Willingness to learn new processes, make improvement suggestions and interact with a variety of personnel on a local and global environment. Team Player. Microsoft Suite: proficient in Excel and Word a must. Analysis of inventory data, transactions, material movement and associated issues a must.

The Inventory clerk is responsible for facilitating inventory movements to maintain accurate inventory quantities and meet customer service requirements.

• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Follows daily manufacturing activities to identify and address gaps related to inventory management
• Reviews warehouse inventory movements for accuracy
• Assists in weekly cycle count activities in warehouse
• Creates process orders for production department
• Creates purchase orders for indirect raw materials and services
• Liaises with suppliers on open purchase orders
