Job summary

Alphia is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage cycle counts, aging inventories, and disposal of obsolete packaging. You will prepare accurate, timely documentation and transactions that follow established inventory control protocols and support manufacturing by locating materials.

The role entails generating cycle counts, auditing locations per schedule, answering inventory questions, and leading year-end inventories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• Two years prior experience in supply chain preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications is required.
• Basic math skills i.e., addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages.
• Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, time management, and problem-solving skills are desired.
• Ability to receive and provide instructions in a positive manner.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities
