Job summary

SanMar in the United States is seeking an Error Resolution specialist to research and resolve discrepancies with shipments, locations, or products. You will quickly locate missing product to complete and ship customer orders.

The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Shift is Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm, with pay at $18.00 per hour, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Read, write, and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• May require Lift Operator Certification per OSHA recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies with shipments, inventory and orders and adjust quantities.
• Maintain accurate department records.
• Process ship short orders accurately.
• Correct and record mill errors.
• Review selected customer orders prior to shipping.
• May operate powered lift equipment.
