Job summary

Woodgrain seeks a role focused on implementing SOPs for systematic control of inventory across THD locations. You will oversee ISTS/WOS, handle corrections, maintain POP standards, and support multiple THD locations with order inquiries.

The role involves travel and requires an AA degree or equivalent, proficiency in Word/Excel, and strong communication. You will ensure safety reviews and coordinate with regional staff.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school, or 6 months to 1 year related experience.
• Must read, analyze, and interpret written communications and respond professionally to inquiries.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, and Excel; strong business acumen.
• Able to review reports, interpret needs, and translate to route plans; plan travel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the inventory ordering and waste removal quantities in stores.
• Review inventory details and generate Purchase Orders to meet directives.
• Verify safety guidelines and service quality are followed.
• Order Point of Purchase signage for installation by the designated rep.
• Report inquiries to the Regional Coach/Manager and coordinate with Woodgrain store staff.

Job description

Position Summary: This role is responsible for implementing and ensuring adherence to all standard operating procedures related to the systematic control of THD locations molding inventory. Duties include overseeing the ISTS/WOS, handling on‑hand corrections, maintaining Point of Purchase standards, conducting safety reviews, and supporting multiple THD locations with order inquiries. Payment is $50 per location.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitors the inventory ordering and waste removal quantities of products in stores
• Reviews inventory details and generates a Purchase Order to meet company directives
• Verifies all safety guidelines and quality of service are being followed and in place
• Orders any Point of Purchase signage for installation by the responsible representative
• Reports any safety, signage or inventory inquiries to the responsible Regional Coach/Manager
• Communicates and monitors inventory with THD Store Staff as needed

Job Expectations

• Must be results‑focused and able to generate innovative and creative solutions to problems
• Must build quick rapport with THD employees, customers, supply partners, and key stakeholders
• Reviews inventory and travels to support minimum JLQ & WOS requirements as needed
• Reviews store/bay appearance and produces worklist to Woodgrain THD store standards
• Requests Point of Purchase on initial visit and tracks task fulfillment during follow‑up visit

Job Specifications

Education and Experience

• Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from two‑year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge

• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret written communications and respond in a professional and timely manner to common inquiries or complaints from customers or members of the business community

Skills and Abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, and Excel
• Possesses business acumen
• Can review reports, interpret needs, and translate to route plans
• Can plan travel via air & car

Work Environment

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for long periods of time

Equipment & Travel

• Must travel 1–3 overnights weekly and at least 3 weeks per month
