Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Supply Replenisher Associate I in Perth Amboy, NJ, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This hospital-based role supports lean supply management across the BU Laboratory network, focusing on material movement, replenishment to point of use, and cycle counting to ensure availability.

The position requires 1–2 years in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/Supply Chain, with strong communication, planning, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/supply chain.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems desired.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in assigned Region including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, IOP etc.
• Participate in internal work teams in the continuous improvement of supply replenishment processes focused on overall cost and cycle time reduction.
• Conducts regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure the accuracy of on-hand inventories.
• Maintains visual management tools (e.g. Kanban) and mistake-proof initiatives (Labels with Photos)
