Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Neptune, NJ is seeking a Supply Replenisher Associate I to support lean supply management, material flow, and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. You will perform cycle counts and daily replenishment activities in collaboration with the lab staff and supply analysts.

Requirements include 1–2 years in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/supply chain, a High School Diploma, and proficiency with Excel/Word/Visio is desirable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/supply chain.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Visio is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in the assigned region.
• Participate in internal work teams to improve replenishment processes, reducing costs and cycle time.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure on-hand accuracy.
• Maintain visual management tools (Kanban) and implement mistake-proof initiatives.
