Job summary

G-III Retail Group is seeking a Stock Associate for Karl Lagerfeld Paris in Rosemont, IL. You will help keep the store organized, replenish stock, and support inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in inventory or retail, can lift up to 50 pounds, and work 8–10 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include competitive salary and medical, dental, 401k, life, disability and more.

Qualifications

• One to two years' related experience in inventory or retail work preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand on concrete floors during scheduled shifts of 8 to 10 hours.
• Ability to push, pull, reach, bend and twist through the shift, working at varying heights.
• Must be able to read, count and write to accurately complete documentation, utilize training tools and process inventory.
• Basic math skills (counting, adding, and multiplying).
• Withstand exposure to extreme temperatures and constant noise.
• Will be required to pass certification testing prior to operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, process, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and process inventory for outgoing shipments and transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor accurately and efficiently.
• Support visual presentation and merchandising standards when placing or restocking products.
• Assist with inventory counts and identify merchandise that needs to be replenished or reordered.
• Apply security sensors and follow all merchandise-handling, loss-prevention, and safety procedures.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of the company’s operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with store leadership and team members.
• Manage time effectively and adjust priorities based on the needs of the business.
• Follow direction from members of the store leadership team and support additional operational needs as assigned.
