Nova Biomedical in Waltham, Massachusetts is seeking a Reagent Material Handler to oversee material flow and coordinate with multiple manufacturing departments. You will manage raw materials, WIP, retains and waste, ensuring timely component needs are met through close collaboration with Supervisors and Team Leaders.
The role emphasizes FIFO inventory, cycle counting, and maintaining organized Reagents areas. A focus on GMP/QSR/OSHA standards and a collaborative, adaptable attitude is required.
The Reagent Material Handler will coordinate closely with all Reagent manufacturing departments, including Controls Filling, Chemical Filling, Test Lab, Formulation, and Packaging. This role requires regular interaction with Supervisors, Group Leaders, and Team Leaders to determine daily component needs. The Reagent Material Handler is also responsible for supporting all Reagent manufacturing operations, including but not limited to the management of raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), retains, and waste.
Transfer of full waste drums from the Satellite Accumulation Areas (SAA) to the Main Accumulation Area (MAA).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Waltham, Massachusetts - work schedule 5 days a week on-site Monday - Friday. Work hours 9:30am - 6pm
