Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or experience in inventory management, supply chain or replenishment analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: Monitor levels across locations and trigger orders.
• Replenishment planning: Develop plans to balance stock availability and overstock.
• Data analysis: Analyze inventory and sales data to optimize stock and reduce stockouts.
• Collaboration with stakeholders: Work with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams.
• Supplier coordination: Ensure timely deliveries and resolve order issues.
• System maintenance: Update inventory systems (AS/400, JDA) with accurate data.
• Reporting: Present reports on inventory performance and risks to management.
