Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Atlanta, GA is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy and support replenishment. You will conduct on-demand cycle counts, investigate variances, and communicate findings with store leadership to drive sales and reduce shrink.

Role includes customer service on the floor, collaboration with receiving, and participation in price-change processes to keep shelves accurate and appealing for customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in inventory control or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity through on-demand and cycle counts.
• Reconcile inventory variances and adjust records accordingly.
• Distribute price change reports to leadership and update inventories.
• Provide customer service and assist shoppers on the floor.
• Collaborate with sales floor, receiving, and retail leadership to ensure accuracy.
