Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist at our Tualatin, OR location. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reporting to store leadership.

You will collaborate with sales floor teams and receiving to prevent shrink and support replenishment, while delivering helpful customer service throughout the store. Responsibilities include investigating variances, communicating opportunities and issues to leadership, and generating actionable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in inventory or retail.
• Experience with inventory reporting and audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory integrity with on-demand and prescriptive cycle counts.
• Conduct empty peg and display integrity scans and adjust in-stock levels.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory variances and discrepancies.
• Review and distribute price change reports to department leadership.
• Provide customer service and assist shoppers as needed.
