• Experience using inventory systems and ERP software (Oracle preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against purchase orders and specifications.
• Track, manage, and maintain accurate inventory levels within ERP systems.
• Safely transport materials between warehouse, cleanroom, and production areas using equipment such as pallet jacks and carts.
• Perform inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
• Package and label materials according to internal procedures and industry standards.
• Support kitting and staging of materials for production use.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, adhering to ESD and contamination control protocols.
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: USD20 - USD22 per hour

Inventory Representative

Location: Livermore, CA (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

Safety Requirements: Safety shoes / steel toe required (provided if needed)
